Project Description

The Village is a walkable, dense, sustainable, family-friendly, mixed-use development. It is located at the intersection of 228th Ave SE and SE 4th Street. Commercial development includes Metropolitan Market, restaurants, general retail, office and medical space, and residential apartments. Sky Sammamish is a mixed-use building housing 159 units. Its amenities include a fitness area, lounge, outdoor recreation pavilion, sport court, and BBQ area. This new mixed-use building includes 24 affordable housing units consistent with the city-established goals.
