Summary

This project creates new sidewalk and landscape planter strip on the west side of 212th Ave SE between SE 24th and the Crossings at Pine Lake subdivision. Also, both sides of the street will receive widened shoulders to accommodate bicyclists.

Project Updates

Construction is complete. The project is now under the maintenance and monitoring of the wetland and stream buffer mitigation planting.

Goals and Benefits

The project extends sidewalk from The Crossings at Pine Lake subdivision south to SE 24th Street where it will connect with existing soft pedestrian paths. Additionally, the narrow shoulders will be widened to accommodate bicycles.

Physical Completion: November 9, 2017
