Project Description: Unified Zone Development Plan (UZDP) application to create 348 multifamily residential units and 82,000 SF of commercial space. The location is within a mixed-use development on 8.09 acres.  Access to the project site will be provided via SE 4th Street, along with development of a network of streets, pedestrian trails, and open space.  The project site is zoned TC-A1.

STCA, LLC has resubmitted their application materials in response to the City's first round of review comments dated March 10, 2020.
