The public is welcome to attend Planning Commission meetings in-person at City Hall (801 228th Ave SE) or virtually through Zoom. In accordance with the latest public health guidance, masks are recommended but not required for in-person attendance.
Written Comment: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Submit your written comments by email to the Planning Commission Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
Verbal Comment: Up to 3 minutes of verbal non-agenda public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting and 7 minutes for agenda topics.

Upon entering the webinar, please enter your First and Last Name and use the Raised Hand icon if you wish to make a Public Comment so that the host can call upon you. When commenting, you will have the ability to use a WebCam. Your mic will remain muted until you are called on during the public comment period. If you are calling in by mobile phone or landline and do not have the Zoom APP, you can raise your hand by entering *9 once you are connected. The host will convert you to a panelist for commenting. The host will unmute your mic and you will have the ability to share your comment. After comment time has expired, the host will convert the speaker back to an attendee.
