STCA, LLC is proposing to construct 334 multifamily residential units and approximately 82,000 square feet of commercial space on a 8.94-acre area in the TC-A1 zone in the Town Center Sub-Area. The TC-A1 zone, also known as the City’s Core Mixed-Use Area (CMU), is specifically designated in the Town Center Plan, Town Center Infrastructure Plan, and Town Center Development Code for mixed-use and higher-density residential communities as proposed. The 334 multifamily residential units consist of 34 attached townhouse units and 300 apartment units to be constructed in two buildings. Approximately 42,000 square feet of the commercial space would be on level U1 and level 1 of the two apartment buildings (Building 5 and 6), with an additional 40,000 square feet in a separate commercial building (Building 7).
The purpose of this open house is to provide an additional opportunity for the community to review and provide comments on the proposed unified zone development plan provided by STCA, LLC for the SW Quadrant of the Sammamish Town Center. As required by SMC 20.05.037 and 21B.95.030, the applicant and city staff will be available to answer questions and receive written comments.
