I am requesting emails and/or other written materials regarding concurrency and concurrency test results from November 10th, 2018 through today - December 20th 2018. From/to City Council Members, city staff, consultant Fehr & Peers and other traffic consultants working for the City. ((Transparent context pertaining to this this request: 1) Results of any concurrency test performed after November 11th 2018; 2) discussions about concurrency since November 11th, 2018; 3) options/comments/concerns/benefits about concurrency since the new concurrency standards were passed November 11th, 2018))
CLARIFICATION: My request was for any subdivision, MOU in Town Center or short plat concurrency test results as well. Specifically, Todd Leavitt made a public comment to the Planning Commission on 12.13.18 where he said a there lot short plat failed concurrency. Is the information about that (or other) application available?
