My name is John Balciunas (2929 224thPL SE). The property next door to me (which I think is called 2915 226th Ave) has requested various permits from the city over the last 3 yrs or so. Both myself and my neighbors on the other side (Lowe’s) are interested in what is going on as the lot is of a long and narrow shape ending in lakefront. Depending on what is being done, we may or may not want to object or issue an opinion. Previously we have been told is that nothing was approved but a subdivision proposal was being reviewed. The developer is less than forthcoming.
When I saw a meeting going on next door, I asked if I could see whatever plans they were discussing with a city inspector, I was told they have been fully permitted and I was not welcome to see the plans. I have been calling the city in an effort to find out what has been approved and get a copy. The only phone that answered was a nice man named Rob who told me that Avril (425 295 0627) was the person to see but I have not been able to contact. Rob also provided me with a permit # of SDP2018-03184. I do not know if this is the correct number nor any contents of the permit. None of the neighbors know any status and there have been no permit notices put up.
My urgency to know increased this morning with the arrival of honey buckets and backhoes. Please let me know how I might obtain the public records

[CAUTION - EXTERNAL EMAIL]
Jeff called me Avril at your request. He told me to email you and you could email all the documentation to me. Rather than repeat myself I thought I would just forward the note I sent this morning to Dave.
Can you send me what is permitted and if there is something that is in the pipeline but not yet approved?
