I am the President of the Jazz Run community on SE 48th St off of Issaquah-Pine Lake Road. I need a copy of the landscaping plan for the entrance median to our community. I first approach Issaquah and they pointed me to Sammamish saying the entrance median is in Sammamish's right of way and that the landscaping plan for the median would have been created by Sammamish. I want to know exactly how Sammamish wants Summit Homes to finish the median - will it be landscaped similar to the sidewalk along SE 48th St? Will shrubs be planted? If yes which ones and how many?
