I am looking for the height survey requested on 1/13/22 under PRR 4254 that was not accessible at the time. It appears the inspection was requested a few days later and approved. I need to review the document as soon as possible if it has now been obtained by the City of Sammamish. If the City also has the FEMA certificate, which was blank in my request under PRR 4253 and it appears the inspector also requested this in January I would also like a copy of it as well. The property is located at 3201 E LAKE SAMMAMISH PKWY NE Sammamish WA 98074, parcel NO. 202506-9071. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you!
