Site-Specific Land Use Map Amendment Applications Under Review



On December 18, 2019, the City received a proposal to rezone parcel number 3425069017, located at 120 228th Ave NE, Sammamish, WA 98074, from a R-1 zone to a Community Business (CB).

Because this requires changing the Future Land Use Map in the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan, this application is subject to legislative action requiring City Council approval.

A 21-day public comment period related to the Notice of Application closed on February 17, 2020.
