Site-Specific Land Use Map Amendment Applications Under Review



On March 4, 2019, the City received a proposal to rezone parcel number 1241100042, located at 22828 SE Sixth Place, from a TC-E zone to a TC-A zone.

Because this requires changing the Future Land Use Map in the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan as well as the current Zoning Map, this application is subject to legislative action requiring City Council approval.

A 21-day public comment period related to the Notice of Application closed on May 1, 2019 followed by a 14-day comment period on the SEPA Threshold Determination that closed on July 9, 2019. 

A public hearing regarding the proposed Site-Specific Land Use Map Amendment was be held with the Planning Commission on September 19, 2019 and will be followed by a public hearing with City Council on November 4, 2019.
