Inglewood Historic Plat Drainage Code

Project Overview:

The Public Works Department is reviewing existing stormwater development code for the Inglewood Historic Plat area.  The goal of the project is to recommend development code amendments that will balance property development rights with protection of infrastructure and natural resources.  Secondary project goals include clarifying definitions and simplifying the permitting process.

Outreach:

Letter mailers were sent to all property owners within the Inglewood Historic Plat area.  A public meeting was held on May 25, 2017 to summarize the current stormwater requirements and document comments from residents on the practicable application of the current municipal stormwater code.  Public comments will be used to support recommended stormwater code amendments.
