City of Sammamish - COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information & Resources
The City of Sammamish is seeking applications from eligible agencies for 2021/2022 Human Services grant funding. This funding is available for a variety of human service programs, such as food security, housing and homelessness prevention, health, mental health, youth services, and more.
The Human Service Funders Collaborative, representing eighteen participating King County municipalities including the City of Sammamish, will open the 2021/2022 funding process on March 4, 2020. Organizations may apply online at share1app.org. Applications must be submitted by April 7, 2020.
Agencies interested in applying are encouraged to attend one of the Human Services Funder’s Collaborative Workshops. The workshops will cover application content, technical details, and city-specific information.
The City welcomes applications from agencies that provide services to Sammamish residents and that:
The City of Sammamish Human Services Commission will review the submitted applications and present a funding recommendation to the City Council in September. Final allocation amounts will be approved and adopted as part of the 2021/2022 City budget. Awarded funds will be available beginning January 1, 2021.
