Bridging History and Story: Building the Next Chapter for Racial Equity

Saturday, Sept. 26th, 9:30am to 12:30pm

Join us for an East King County virtual community summit to explore historical legacies and learn about local anti-racism efforts. What stories will connect, sustain, and guide us into our next chapter? What actions can we commit to taking within our community circles? More information and registration

Keynote Speaker: Mr. Delbert Richardson

We welcome Mr. Delbert Richardson, a Community Scholar, Ethnomuseumologist, Second Generation Storyteller, and Creator of the National Awarding Winning American History Traveling Museum: The "Unspoken" Truths.

All community members are invited to attend. High school age and up.

  • Performances include "Drumming for Black Lives" by Ocheami, a group of artists and educators who share and perform West African culture through drumming, dance, song and storytelling.
