Proposed amendments to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan and Sammamish Municipal Code development regulations
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan and the Sammamish Municipal Code development regulations submitted through the 2020-21 docket process.
SUMMARY of AMENDMENTS: The Planning Commission is considering proposed amendments to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan and the Sammamish Municipal Code development regulations. The changes have been proposed through the City of Sammamish’s annual docket process. Following their review and deliberations, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council regarding which proposals should advance to the legislative review stage of the annual amendment process.
HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM on November 5, 2020. WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm November 5, 2020. Please submit written comment by email to Jackie Montanana at JMontanana@sammamish.us and email@example.com.
VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 7 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting on this agenda item. For those who would like to make public comment during the meeting, a prompt will appear on-screen alerting you when to call in. A number and access code will be provided. The meeting coordinator will place you on mute until it is your turn to speak, at which time you will hear a voice say “unmuted.”
