This Halloween, the City of Sammamish invites community members and their families to take part in a tick-or-treat adventure at City Hall. The annual tradition, started in 2011, is an opportunity for families with younger children to enjoy a safe and dry Halloween.
A planned route of more than 30 stops inside City Hall will include opportunities for kids of all ages to collect candy and enjoy festive Halloween decorations. City staff will be dressed up as well, and will welcome families and children through the halls.
“It is always fun to see the kids from the community come through City Hall which is normally filled with adults doing the everyday work of running the city,” said Mayor Christie Malchow. “It reminds us all why we love living here and why we love serving this community.”
This is an all-ages family event, so leave all scary costumes at home. The event will take place from 3pm – 4:30pm on Wednesday, October 31 at City Hall located at 801 228th Ave SE.
