As part of the City's 25th anniversary celebration, the City will host a reception starting at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The reception will feature a display of the 25^th Anniversary Photo Contest winners and will be followed by the City Council meeting which starts at 6:30 pm.
