Description

The applicant is applying for a Reasonable Use Exception to construct two single family residences and associated infrastructure in the southwest corner of the western parcel (Tax Lot 342506-9008) in conjunction with a Reasonable Use Exemption (RUE) and Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA). The existing land is encumbered by wetlands and drainages making the southwest corner of the western parcel the only available area to construct residences. Approximately 14,920 square feet of the buffer associated with on-site wetlands will be impacted and buffers associated with several streams will be impacted but the project proposes a net gain in stream buffer areas.
