Revised application for a shoreline variance (Type 4 Permit) from the shoreline setback requirements of SMC 25.06.020 and zoning variance (Type 2 Permit)from the street setback requirements of SMC21A.25.030, for the development of a single family residence. The proposal also includes a stream crossing and pervious driveway. The application was originally submitted on October 5, 2016 and deemed complete for the purpose of review on October 13, 2016. The revised application was submitted in part on March 6, 2017,again on March 28, 2017, and finally on May 25, 2017.The City is reissuing this notice after an extensive project review and because the revised application contains significant project details not included with the original application. A Public Hearing is required for this project and will be scheduled at a later date.
