The City of Sammamish will be hosting a recycling event on Saturday, September 12th from 9 AM through 3 PM at both Eastside Catholic & Mary Queen of Peace.

Only the following items will be accepted at Eastside Catholic:

• Tires, batteries, cardboard, propane tanks, toilets, wood (some charges may apply).

Only the following items will be accepted at Mary Queen of Peace:

• Electronic/computer equipment, TVs, refrigerators (some charges may apply).
• Rain barrels, compost bins, and worm bins will be for sale @ MQP for $25/each.

There will be a second recycling event on Saturday, September 19th at Mary Queen of Peace from 9 AM to 3 PM.  Items that will be collected are:

• styrofoam, latex paint (charges apply), and document shredding (limit of 4 file-sized boxes).
