NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY OF
SAMMAMISH CITY COUNCIL


Proposed updates to Chapter 13.20 SMC – Surface Water Runoff Regulations, Chapter 19A.12 SMC – Subdivisions and Short Subdivisions, Chapter 20.05 SMC –

Procedures for Land Use Permit Applications, Public Notice, Hearings and Appeals, and Chapter 21B.85 SMC - Development Standards – Interim Stormwater Standards.


Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider updates to Chapter 13.20 SMC – Surface Water Runoff Regulations, Chapter 19A.12 SMC – Subdivisions and Short Subdivisions, Chapter 20.05 SMC – Procedures for Land Use Permit Applications, Public Notice, Hearings and Appeals, and Chapter 21B.85 SMC – Development Standards – Interim Stormwater Standards, regarding proposed changes to the administrative processes for adjustments to the core requirements or special requirements contained in the Surface Water Design Manual during drainage review.


HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM on October 19, 2021. WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm on October 19, 2021 (the day of the meeting). Submit your written comments by email to the City Clerk at lhachey@sammamish.us and citycouncil@sammamish.us.


VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 3 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting.
