Project Description
The Sammamish Town Center Blocks 5-7 of the approved Phase I Unified Zone Development Permit (UZDP2019-000562) will create a high-quality, compact, and integrated mixed-use community. Blocks 5 and 6 will provide 156 residential apartment units (74 of which will be designated as Affordable Housing Units) and a 144-unit senior living community by Merrill Gardens. Blocks 5-7 will include a total of 82,000 square feet of new and vibrant commercial opportunities and an upper-level parking garage will be located on Block 7.
