Hello Tammy, I am doing a budget analysis on Sammamish, so I will be requesting a lot of information on Sammamish’s budget. Please let me know if you have any questions, I will try to be specific on each request. Please know if I get anything vague I will make more requests, so please try to be thorough on what you give to me. Thank you SO much. I would also like five year records for each account. Secondly, please supply contracts and invoices with all “intergovernmental services”. (CLARIFICATION: I define "intergovernmental services" as any payment the city paid out to other people, organizations, or cities, or counties  etc.) Thirdly, please send me all interest Incomes that the city has. So on the adopted budget… (CLARIFICATION: I never saw these in the GL reports.  Please point exactly to the page where they are.)

1. Under Budget Summary… Please send me which each Fund includes, specifically what is included in the fund, where the revenues come from, and where the expenditures go to.

2. Please go into detail what the “debt service fund” and where the debt came from.

3. Please go into detail what the “Risk Mgt Fund” is and where the debt came from.

4. Starting on page 4; the General Fund Revenues”.

Why are revenues only listed for 2013-2104? Please give me all of the revenues for 2015-2016.

5. Please go into detail what the “cable franchise fee” is on page 4 and why this is needed for Sammamish.

6. On page 4, there is a line for revenue for speeding, DUI, NHTSA… that only accounts for 2013-2014. Please give the numbers for 2015-2016.

7. On page 4, please explain the “School Resource Officer” and who pays that cost.

26. On page 12, please explain what “Prof Svcs. Animal Control” details, and the contracts, invoices, and people over this service.

27. On page 13, please give me the “ compensations study” proposal and final report.

28. On page 14, please break down each “description” and the need for Sammamish.

41. On page 23, please break down the “Culture Section” and explain the costs to the city for each section. Also give paper trail of any money from these events going to the City.

42. On page 23, what is the “wellness program” and how is it beneficial to Sammamish?

43. On page 23-24, under Volunteer Services… why is there a salary? Why does this cost 1mm? Please break this section down and name the people who earn money.

66. I am confused with the budget on the surface water management… please give a paper stating how much money we pay for this…
