Request 6457 detail

My house was struck with 3 trees during the November 19th bomb cyclone last year, necessiating a complete replacement of my roof structure, trusses, griders et all. The contractor that I had initially hired - Royal Roofing had filed for a permit #- BLD2025-00741 that has been approved( BUT not issued). The contractor is unwilling and unable to make progress on this over two months. I learnt on visiting the permit office last Friday (5/16) that permit had been approved since Mar 6th but not issued as contractor didn't pay for it. Having to live in a rental house with two young children all this while has been extremely painful, financially and emotionally. I'd like to get the all materials, drawings, scope of work submitted for this permit so I may verify that the permit as indeed correctly filed for the scope and am able to use this to quickly re-file / transfer permit so work may comence on my house as soon as possible.
