Don’t miss the Transit Fair coming to the Farmer’s Market this week. King County Metro, Sound Transit, ORCA LIFT, ORCA To-Go and Find Your Freedom ORCA Youth Cards will all be there. King County Metro will have a bus parked so kids can hop on & explore. Plus, you can learn how to load your bike on a bus.
PLUS, this is Public Works Week, so Sammamish Public Works will have a front-loader at the Market for the kids (and adults) to sit in, a full-size traffic light to play with, a Kokanee cut out to get photographed in, and our Traffic division will have a PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) HD camera that citizens can see up close and personal before it gets installed at 8th NE and 242nd Ave NE.
