Join us for the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Open House!

The Comprehensive Plan is a 20-year vision and roadmap for Sammamish's future. It guides City decisions on where to focus new housing and jobs, how to improve the transportation system, how to protect the environment and climate, and where to make capital investments such as roads, utilities, sidewalks, and parks.   

The update process began in the fall of 2022 and has been centered on developing an updated Comprehensive Plan that reflects the community's vision while responding to state, regional, and local planning requirements.
