Stormwater Management Program

The NPDES Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit, issued by the Department of Ecology, requires that all regulated jurisdictions, including Sammamish, update their Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan and submit a report each year.

The City’s SWMP Plan describes the city’s existing stormwater programs, as well as the plan to update and modify these programs as necessary to meet future requirements of the permit. The City’s 2025 Annual Report was also completed recently and submitted to the Department of Ecology.
