Stormwater Management Program

The NPDES Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit, issued by the Department of Ecology, requires all regulated jurisdictions, including Sammamish, to update their Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) and submit an annual report.

The City’s SWMP Plan describes the city’s existing stormwater programs and outlines plans to update and modify these programs as necessary to meet future permit requirements. The City’s 2025 Annual Report was also completed recently and submitted to the Department of Ecology.
