Project Description

The Village is a walkable, dense, sustainable, family-friendly, mixed-use development located at the intersection of 228th Ave SE and SE 4th Street. Commercial development includes the Metropolitan Market, restaurants, general retail, office and medical space, and residential apartments. Sky Sammamish, a mixed-use building housing 159 units, includes amenities such as a fitness area, lounge, outdoor recreation pavilion, sport court and BBQ area. This new mixed-use building includes 24 affordable housing units consistent with the city established goals.
