The City will consider the Town Center along with the City's other centers as part of a Citywide assessment of capacity for low- and mid-rise housing to ensure compliance with state law.
The results of the assessment, along with the analysis completed as part of the 2024/2025 Town Center Subarea Plan and Code Amendment Project, will inform updates to the Town Center Subarea Plan and Code.
