This RFP closes on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 2:00 pm PDT. This is a FORMAL bid, so proposals are only accepted in sealed envelopes either hand-delivered to City Hall or mailed. After the bid closing, the sealed envelopes will be opened and read by the City Clerk in Council Chambers for the public. All are welcome to attend.
