New transportation option

Metro Flex provides community members rides anywhere in their service area for the same cost as a bus trip. Pick-up and drop-off operate on demand. Rides can be requested via phone or the new app "Metro Flex." Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Reservations can be made in the following ways:

Hours of operation are 7 am – 6 pm on weekdays, and Saturdays from 9 am – 6 pm. Metro Flex does not follow a fixed route. Instead, it picks up passengers from their location and drops them off at their destination within a specified service area.
