The Tree Giveaway Program supports Sammamish's Urban Forest Management Plan. A recent Tree Canopy Assessment identified 96% of plantable space in the City are located in residential zones. These results show how important it is for the community to come together to care for existing trees and plant new ones where they’re needed most.

The tree pickup event is planned for November 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Pickering Barn, located at 1730 10th Ave. NW in Issaquah.

This program is open to all City of Sammamish residents, groups, and organizations such as schools, faith organizations, non-profits, HOA’s, and small businesses under 25 employees within the City limits.
