Organizations interested in Building 120 are invited to fill out form

Do you know an organization that could bring Building 120 to life?

The City of Sammamish is exploring long-term options for Building 120, the 30,807-square-foot facility on 228th Ave NE — and we want to hear from organizations that might be interested in operating it as a community space.

We're gathering information to help inform future policy discussions about the building's use. Important to note: responses are for research purposes only and do not constitute a solicitation or an opportunity to purchase or lease Building 120.

This form is intended for organizations interested in operating the entire facility. It is not for individuals or groups seeking to rent a room or lease a portion of the building.
