The below meetings were held during the first phase of the project to build awareness and gather information to understand what's been effective in the Town Center and areas that could be improved to help facilitate more affordable housing and a wider variety of housing types.

In addition to the meetings above, two stakeholder workshops were held with Town Center property owners in June 2024 to discuss the Town Center Plan & Code Amendment project and understand any barriers or challenges they are experiencing. 

In June 2025, two community open houses were held: one focused on the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) and Draft Town Center Plan, and the other on the Draft Town Center Code. Additionally, two workshops were held: one for Town Center property owners and another for Governments and public service providers.
