The Town Center is within the Lake Washington School District. The School District forecasts a decline of 15% in the Eastlake High School enrollment area between 2028 and 2035. (See Exhibit 5 - Enrollment Forecast Memo.)

Population growth will be gradual, providing time to plan. Development in the Town Center will take many years. Based on the current rate of construction, it’s expected to take over 50 years to build 4,000 housing units. Continued collaboration with Lake Washington School District ensures accurate enrollment forecasts and adequate school capacity.
