The City of Sammamish invites you to comment on the proposed updates to the Town Center Plan and the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS).

Project Overview

The City will update the Town Center Plan and associated development regulations in parallel with the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update.

These updates will ensure alignment with the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update, add future capacity for local housing needs, and enhance the City's framework for delivering affordable housing.

The update, referred to as the Town Center Plan & Code Amendment project, began in January 2024 and is expected to be completed in late 2025.
