Project Guidance will help you:
- Get general information related to home improvements, zoning, setbacks, and other projects.
- Identify potential environmental challenges.
- Learn about the permit process and applicable next steps.

The City will provide a response to Project Guidance requests within one week.
Please indicate if this is related to a code compliance case or involves stormwater facilities (LID, drainage inspection, or maintenance correction).
Information provided by City staff in response to this Project Guidance request does not guarantee project approval. It is the applicant’s obligation to complete their own design, provide all required supporting documentation, and submit a complete permit application to the Permit Center.
