Please request an Intake Appointment if:

  • 1. You are submitting a new Land Use Application

*excluding Pre-Application meetings, Pre-Development Services, Shoreline Exemption Letters or Wireless Exemption Letters. These can be submitted online at

  • 2. You are resubmitting or revising a permit application that was originally submitted by appointment at the counter.
  • 3. You are submitting 1st submittal items for M & D.
