Addendum Number 1 can be found here. The addendum corrects two pages in the RFP for Facilities Landscape Maintenance. In the case of both pages, the line item for bidding of the "Green roof" at the Maintenance & Operations Center has been REMOVED. That item will not be subject to bid.

Also, on the Bid Schedule A bid page, the sales tax amount has been corrected to 10.1%. The attached Excel spreadsheet version of the Schedule A bid pages contains the formulae for all computations. You may use the attached spreadsheet for your bid. Please be sure to save it as a PDF before transmitting your bid submittal.

Please be sure to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum Number 1 on the second page of the Affidavit (page 27) contained in your RFP packet.
