Sammamish Arts Commission is looking for creative and imaginative participants who would like to contribute to the Haunted & Harvest Houses at City Hall!

Haunted & Harvest Houses will be displayed starting October 1st at City Hall. Please do not touch the houses once they are displayed. 

We welcome individual, family, classroom, or group submissions! Please label your house with your name or group name and contact info.

Houses can be dropped off September 15 - September 30 at Sammamish City Hall Front Desk. Work will not be accepted after September 30.

Artists are encouraged to collect their haunted and harvest houses from City Hall the first week of November. Any houses left by November 10 will be collected by the Parks department and temporarily held.

Can I make more than one house?

Yes! The more the merrier!

How big can my Haunted or Harvest house be? Can I use a platform/base?

  • All creations must be no larger than 5 feet long by 25 inches deep
  • Yes, you may use a platform or base
  • Please keep in mind that these need to be carried by yourself and our staff, don't let it get too heavy!

What materials should I use for my house?

Houses may be made from any materials—cardboard, wood, foam, Legos, metal, recycled items, etc.
