*The Text Amendment was completed in 2024. An additional phase of work related to the creation of a Neighborhood Center subarea remains. Once the applicant has a strategy in place for their project and is ready to initiate subarea planning, the City will coordinate with them to establish a budget, cost recovery approach, and work plan to complete this item.
