Description

The City of Sammamish Community Development Department received an application for a zoning variance (Type 2 Permit) from the front yard setback requirements of SMC 21A.25.030, for the development of a single family residence.  The application was submitted on May 27, 2016 and deemed complete for the purpose of review on June 23, 2016.
The proposed development is located at 2694 East Lake Sammamish Parkway, Sammamish, WA. 
The proposed zoning variance is categorically exempt from SEPA per WAC 197-11-800(6)(e).
